I posted a fabulous review of La Tortilla Factory’s Gluten-Free Tortillas at the end of April. I didn’t have a picture of the wrap in action, so wanted to make sure to share that now that I have a couple. I really, really can’t say enough good things about these wraps. They are a dream come true, as everyone who has tried numerous GF wraps knows.

So, don’t pass these puppies up if you run across them! So worth the $$!

I found them at Kroger, but out of several Krogers in my area, only 1 carries them. Also, my local health food store carries them.

[…] products that were so close to their gluten-filled counterparts. One of these products is La Tortilla Factory Teff Wraps. These wraps are awesome. They don’t crack! I have used them for sandwich […]
I am munching on one right now–with romaine lettuce, mesquite turkey breast, and wish bone ranch salad dressing for dipping. I love being able to have a wrap–Ivory Teff wraps are good! Marni
