Now that fall has officially arrived, it is time to bring back the warming comforting breakfasts. Waffles, hot cereals (oatmeal or Bob’s Red Mill Mighty Tasty Hot Cereal). I can’t wait to start making my oatmeal again. Perhaps tomorrow AM since we have a frost warning tonight & a low of 35 predicted! Yikes!! I am thinking a pumpkin pie spin on the oats is the way to go.
Another thing I love for fall breakfasts are pumpkin or banana breads. Cream cheese or butter is the perfect topping. I am thinking of making some pumpkin pancakes here soon, too. I am going to add some flax & chocolate chips for extra texture.
What are your go-to gluten-free warm breakfasts?

I saw Modern Family tonight–it has gotten great hype via the media. We watched the 1st episode on a re-air and my DH thought it was hysterical. Tonight didn’t disappoint.
Thx for the stock recipe! It sounds great! I saw a great pumpkin roll recipe on glutenfreehomeaker’s blog that sounded good too. Will have to look for the Bob’s hot cereal!
I ended up DVRing it…hope to watch it tonight! I love that cereal from Bob!
Thanks so much for mentioning my stock recipe! It made my day. I wish you were closer because I’d give you some – I have been making stock like crazy and have a freezer full. 🙂
You are welcome. 🙂
